3.  用于工作、生活的活动房,原则上只允许搭设单层,长度不得超过30米(8间),每间宿舍住宿人数不得超过8人。活动房旁应配备符合消防要求的灭火器材。

4.  因特殊原因,需搭设双层活动房,必须符合《建筑结构荷载规范》GB50009—2001,且长度不得超过22米(6间)。同时,根据实际情况,须采取预埋底脚螺栓(型钢)等联结墙柱,并用钢管将活动房整体固定,对活动房进行加固。搭设双层活动房必须制订搭设方案。方案由使用单位、安装单位技术负责人签字认可,并报所在地建筑监督站备案。大江大河(湖)边、旷野地区严禁搭设双层活动房
