1.要进行硬度测试，特殊的地形和地基的硬度对建造活动房来说有较大的差别，应当作特殊的处理，保证钢结构活动板房可以顺利安装，确保其质量，技术人员应该提前进行测量。

2.完成了地基的测量后，接下来就是基础浇筑，这时的在于必须先测量好水平，在完成了浇筑后，应该控制水平的误差在10mm内。必须要保证基础面水平在误差以内，这样才不会影响后续的工作进程。

After completing the pouring, the horizontal error should be controlled within 10mm. 3.混凝土标号，一般情况下基础为c20且内无钢筋，当然，在特殊的地形或者其他不可抗拒的条件下，应当根据技术人员的测定来顶下终方案。

4.浇注时间，跟常规的混凝土浇筑工艺一样，钢结构活动板房同样不可以减少工艺程序，基础浇筑完成后或者活动板房安装之前应该留充分的时间让混凝土达到硬度要求。

5.浇筑，制作基础的同时，必须跟室内地面一起浇筑完成，水平高度跟基础一样，这样可以确保安装工期、质量以及安装后的美观。活动板房安装好了以后，在室内铺地板，这样既方便又整洁。

5. Pouring, while making the foundation, must be completed together with the indoor floor, with the same horizontal height as the foundation, to ensure the installation period, quality, and aesthetics after installation.
