　　1.建设工程工地四周应按规则设置连续、密闭的围栏；建造多层、高层建筑的还应设置防护设施。在市区首要路段和市容景象道路及机场、码头、车站广场设置的围栏其高度不得低于2.5m，在其他路段设置的围栏，其高度不得低于1.8m。

　　2.围档运用的材料应确保围栏安定、整齐、美观。市政工程项目工地，可按工程进度分段设置围栏或按规则运用一致的连续性护栏设施。施工单位不得在工地围栏外堆积建筑材料、废物和工程渣土。在经同意暂时占用的区域，应严格按同意的占地范围和运用性质寄存、堆卸建筑材料或机具设备，暂时区域四周应设置高于1m的围栏。
