1.自然搭接式

板型接缝的特点就是从水泥石棉波形瓦的形式延续而来,不过这种传统的扣合方法少要搭接一个半的波距。彩钢瓦在安装的时候,波距比较大,如果用作屋面的话,搭接一个半波,会大大地提高制作的经济成本,所以不少采用搭接一个波的做法,这种屋面板接缝在防水方面会存在一定的隐患。

这种方式是在两个扣合边处会形成一个4mm左右的空腔,这种空腔上有两块钢板在附着的时候形成的毛细管路,同时空腔的水柱会对室内外的大气进行平衡,但是会造成雨水渗入室内的情况。这种搭接方式已经应用到新一代压型板的断面设计中,是一种非常经济有效的方法,目前选用这种方法做屋面的比较多。

4.扣盖式

扣盖式采用的是两百对称的设置,两边采用的是卡口构造,安装完毕之后扣上扣盖。这种是利用的空腔式的原理,但是扣板的使用量比较大。
